WordCamp India 2021 is first WordCamp India in almost a decade, though it is online there are costs involved for which we are looking for sponsors. Our aim is to not only cover our expenses but also raise some funds for the WordCamp Programme as that has helped support many WordCamps in our country over the past many years. Sponsor funds will be collected directly by WordCamp Central unlike other Indian WordCamps where the funds were handled locally, that’s also the reason for the sponsor amounts being mentioned in USD.
We have kept our sponsor plans simple allowing Individuals, Freelancers and companies to come on board as sponsors for reasonably low fee, considering the current pandemic and economic strain; that said we have also made room for a sponsor slab that would allow companies to exhibit their products and offerings through a virtual booth.
